Usage: collars, cuffs shirts and front fly used for light fabrics as interlining; suitable for large and small area application for a wide range of light, thick fabric; suitable for autumn and winter clothing as interlining.
Characteristics: 1) The interlinings with soft handfeel, little thermal shrinkage, lower fusing temperature, large range of outer fabric matching;2) High bonding strength after fusing, good resistant to dry cleaning and laundry etc.3) They are specially good in application to those fabrics which are non-hrdrophilic finished such as cotton, wool, hemp, silk etc4) Mothproof, mouldproof, rotproofness, breathable.
100% polyester non woven adhesive and fusible interlining uses thermal and terylene non woven fabric or nylon as base material, then produced through the process of scatter glue powder on the base cloth which is made by chemical method or hot rolling. Hand feeling, soft, middle hard, hard are suitable for various size of middle and low grade dress. It is convenient to adhering and low cost.
Forming by coating the polyester, nylon mixed, or 100% polyester fiber, with PA, LDPE, EVAL, PES hot-melt glue in paste dot-coating method, products has high peeling strength, elasticity, excellent hand finish and water wash endurance. The product is mainly applied to general thin women's wear, fashions, the collar, cuff, close, welt and face border. Sustain the style of lightness, elegant, natural and environment friendly.
